Terms of use

These terms cover use of the Weave application. Where a customer has a separate written agreement with Ple Consulting AB, that agreement takes precedence over anything here.

Weave reads goods movements from a warehouse management system and posts the corresponding receipts to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, one event at a time. It records what it read, what it posted and what each system answered, and it raises the differences it cannot resolve rather than deciding them.

Access is granted per person and per customer by an administrator. Signing in with a Microsoft account does not by itself grant access to any data. Do not share an account, and tell us if one should be revoked.

Weave acts on the connected systems using credentials you provide, with the permissions you grant them. You remain responsible for what those credentials are allowed to do and for the accuracy of the data in your own systems. Weave posts what the warehouse reports; it does not verify that the warehouse is right.

Weave is provided as it is. It depends on services operated by others, including Microsoft and the warehouse system, and it cannot be available when they are not. Nothing in Weave is accounting, tax or legal advice, and postings it makes remain the customer’s responsibility to review. To the extent the law allows, Ple Consulting AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; any other liability is limited by the written agreement between us.
